A few weeks ago the kids and I went with auntie Lex to Tempe for a little (BIG) pizza and some shopping. We had a great time, pizza was fab and shopping was..................... well you have to ask Lex. Gunner, Mazi and I were worn out so we sat bored as ever and watch Lex shop. We finally drag her out and headed home. It's fun to have her here, the peeps love to hang with her, tease her and watch SYTYCD together. Thanks Lex for the memories!

So you guys are in AZ? That's awesome! I'm sure Leigh is thrilled to have you close by. Is it shocking to move there in the dead of summer? :)
Anyhow, I hope you read this before you buy your TRX. I just wanted to tell you that you just need to buy the basic TRX bundle for $150. Don't bother with all of the DVD's. While I'm sure they are excellent you really don't need them. Fitnessanywhere.com has a huge video library that will teach you everything you need to know. Just do all of your moves in sets of 20 and don't really rest between sets. That way it's much more challenging. And you'll be getting your cardio and strength training all in one workout.
